We ingest financial transaction data from your connected PMS, OTA reports, and bank feeds solely for the purpose of the "Triple-Check" reconciliation process. We do not track, sell, or monetize your business data.

Your "Financial Vault" is protected by enterprise-grade encryption. By maintaining a separate infrastructure from your day-to-day operational tools, we provide a secure, audit-ready layer that protects your history from platform-specific vulnerabilities.

You have absolute control over who accesses your SOVBASE server. We do not share your reconciled reports with third parties unless explicitly authorized by you for auditing or tax purposes.
