1. The Service

SOVBASE provides a dedicated "Financial System of Record" designed for high-volume reconciliation. We offer private, isolated server infrastructure to ensure your financial truth remains independent from your operational software stack.

2. Data Sovereignty

• Ownership: You retain 100% legal ownership of all financial data and reconciled records stored within your SOVBASE environment.

• Isolation: Your data is stored on a dedicated instance; it is never co-mingled with other institutional clients.

3. Third-Party Connections

SOVBASE integrates with external PMS, OTA, and banking platforms via API. While we maintain these bridges, we are not responsible for the accuracy or uptime of these third-party services.

4. Private Beta Terms

As an early partner, you understand the platform is evolving. In exchange for early access, you agree to provide feedback that may influence the architectural roadmap.

5. Portability & Termination

Upon account termination, you have the right to export your entire historical ledger. Your dedicated server allows for a clean transition of your financial history.
